Job DescriptionAbout the Role:As a Care Assistant at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Supporting with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Helping with light housekeeping and errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence and dignity for each client

QualificationsRequirements:

• A genuine passion for caring and helping others
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check
• A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle
