The Supply Chain Impact Manager will work directly with the Global Supply Chain Director to develop and implement sustainable supply chain strategies and programs that create meaningful impact. Work with leading corporations on innovative sustainability initiatives Professional development and growth opportunities Global, collaborative work environment RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the Development of Sustainable Supply Chain Strategies Partner with corporate clients to assess supply chain risks and social impact strategies and develop practical solutions. Work closely with internal teams to design customized approaches that align business objectives with social impact goals, focusing particularly on gender equity business risk mitigation. Client and Project Management Manage work-streams, closely track progress against objectives, highlighting roadblocks as soon as they arise and taking full personal ownership for high-quality, timely execution of deliverables; Provide ongoing timely updates of project progress to CIP management and clients; Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, translate research into recommendations Draft project deliverables, including work plans, presentations, briefs Program Coordination Work across internal and external stakeholders to ensure that CIP innovation components are successfully integrated into supply chain-level programming. Collaborate closely with other CUSA teams leads and country offices to drive effective tool development, data collection and analysis, and progress against learning agendas. Externally, work with consultants to develop technical inputs. This role will also be responsible for effectively documenting progress and challenges, socializing the work internally, and preparing client-facing reports or presentations. Business Development, Learning and Practice-Building Support business development through research and proposal development; Conduct research across all service lines to ensure CIP strategies evolve in alignment with sector innovations; Expand a growing internal database of tools, templates, research, and case studies; Generate insights and content that advance industry understanding of sustainable supply chains. Develop case studies, blogs, and presentations that showcase innovative approaches and lessons learned, positioning CIP as a thought leader in supply chain impact. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, or related field 2-5 years experience in corporate supply chain management, sustainability, or international development A strong understanding of global supply chains is essential for the role. Proven experience with corporate sustainability initiatives Strong analytical and project management capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent PowerPoint skills Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders Willingness to travel (20-30%)
