We’re looking for hardworking individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.What You’ll DoAs a Carecall Officer (CCO), you’ll manage a patch of 200 customers. This includes keeping all customer records accurate and up-to-date by regularly contacting them and building relationships with your customers and their families.Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls and handling call-center type queries related to customer well-being
  • Visiting customers in their homes and installing simple equipment (full training provided).
  • Providing compassionate and empathetic care for our customers’ overall well-being.

A full UK Driving License is essential for the role. Whilst you will have use of a company vehicle, you may need to use your own vehicle in emergencies.We are looking for someone who is:
