Who we need:Toronto Film School (TFS) is seeking a proactive and dynamic Career Development Officer to join our team. This role is essential in equipping students with the skills and connections they need to launch successful careers. You will work closely with full-time, on-campus students in their final term, providing 1:1 career coaching, facilitating industry networking events, and managing relationships with employers to secure strategic job placements. The successful candidate will work closely with TFS experts, industry partners, and students to create tailored career pathways, facilitate job placements, and enhance industry relationships.
