Job Description :

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Builds or repairs structures or their structural parts, beginning with preparation and carrying through to finish detailing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs wall construction and repair. 20%
• Maintains doors, frames, and hardware. 20%
• Constructs and maintains casework and equipment. 15%
• Installs and repairs suspended ceilings. 15%
• Installs and maintains flooring. 15%
• Installs and repairs finish products. 15%

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

Minimum 4 years carpentry experience required.

Ability to perform all aspects of carpentry.

Preferred

Minimum 2 years formal technical education preferred.
