Case Management Supervisor – Colmar, PA

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Nursing, Counseling or related field of study.
• Minimum 3 years direct mental health care experience required.
• Experience in Motivational Interviewing, co-occurring disorders, trauma informed care or other related areas preferred.
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a human services field is preferred.
• Certification in Peer Specialist, Psych Rehab or other related areas preferred
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• You will work Monday-Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm on-site at our office in Colmar, PA.

The Blended Case Management Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Earn $28.51 per hour.
