Who is Comagine Health?
Comagine Health is a national, nonprofit, health care consulting firm. We work collaboratively with patients, providers, payers, and other stakeholders to reimagine, redesign and implement sustainable improvements in the health care system.
As a trusted, neutral party, we work in our communities to address key, complex health, and health care delivery problems. In all our engagements and initiatives, we draw upon our expertise in quality improvement, care management, health information technology, analytics, and research.

Requirements:
Required
RN or applicable licensure
4 years clinical experience
URAC – Credential Standards
Possess current and active licensure or certification in a health or human services discipline with a legal scope
of practice that permits independent assessment.
In states that do not require licensure or certification, the case manager must meet all the following
qualifications:
Possess a baccalaureate or graduate degree in social work, or other health or human services field that
promotes the physical, behavioral, and/or vocational well-being of the patients they serve, where the degree
is from an institution that is fully accredited by a nationally recognized education accreditation organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
$90k – $100k.
