Caerphilly supported housing consists of three homes, Ty Oborne, Ty Short and Jubilee House, each home offers a different level of support; we also provide floating support to people who are on the waiting list for one of the homes or moving on to their own accommodation. We work with people who experience challenges with their mental health to achieve their goals and develop the skills & confidence to move on to their own tenancies.Driving licence with access to own vehicle essential for the performance of this rolePLEASE SEE JOB DESCRIPTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGEWe work with people experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of wellbeing in the places that they live.
