About the Role
We are hiring dependable Cement Truck Drivers to support construction projects in the Alexandria area. This role is responsible for transporting and delivering ready-mix cement safely and efficiently to job sites while maintaining compliance with DOT and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate cement truck to load, transport, and deliver concrete to job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Safely maneuver truck on construction sites and in tight spaces
- Follow delivery schedules and coordinate with dispatch and site crews
- Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment after each use
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid CDL license (Class A or B) required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Previous experience operating a cement or mixer truck strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently and with a team
