Are you passionate about ensuring safety in highly complex environments? At CERN, you won’t just be managing safety – you’ll be shaping it at the very frontier of science. Step into a pivotal role supporting the world’s most advanced accelerator complex, including the Large Hadron Collider, and contribute to the protection and performance of the technologies pushing the boundaries of human knowledge.
Functions
As a Safety Engineer within the Safety Unit of CERN’s Beams Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation and continuous improvement of one of the most complex scientific infrastructures on the planet. Depending on your expertise and experience, you will contribute to (and in some cases lead) activities such as:
Qualifications:
Master”s degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Nuclear Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Aerospace Engineering or Process Engineering or a related field.

Experience from working in a multidisciplinary diverse environment would be an asset.
