Duration: (6+ months) with possible extension
Location: San Bernardino, CA 92415
Shift:  7am to 7pm
Pay rate: $19.96/hr on w2 Without benefits.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote safe swimming behavior.
• Conduct routine safety checks of the pool or beach area and equipment.
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including accidents or medical incidents.
• Maintain clear visibility of all swimmers and patrons at all times.
• Communicate with patrons about safety policies and answer any questions.
• Complete and submit incident reports following emergencies or rule violations.
• Participate in regular training and certification renewal courses to maintain skills and knowledge.

Required Certifications:

• Lifeguarding Certification is required.
