We are seeking CNAs for 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to help us fulfill our mission of improving the health and lives of Iowans.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing (Iowa) or eligibility to transfer certification to Iowa
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and professional work ethic
