What You Need to Join Our Team:

• A valid LPN license in good standing (Iowa or eligibility to obtain).
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion of a State-approved LPN Supervisory Course (or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire).
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• A strong sense of empathy, integrity, and professionalism in caring for others.
