Chargeback Specialist – £14/hrAbout the opening:

• £14/hr pay rate
• Remote work arrangement

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve customer chargebacks and disputes
• Communicate with payment processors, cardholders, and others as needed
• Apply bank and card industry regulations in resolving disputes
• Enter and maintain chargebacks in the management system
• Develop strong relationships with key partners

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in fraud/banking/disputes or relevant field
• Ability to work independently and with multiple deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and able to manage pressured situations
