• Licence: UKCAA/EASA B1 with relevant type ratings and 6 months of recency in the past 2 years
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years management experience within P145 base maintenance, preferably managing other Licensed Engineers
• Qualification: Diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
