What’s involved?As a Chef de partie, you will be the cornerstone of our kitchen operations, collaborating closely with the Head Chef to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence. • Maintain Standards: Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are upheld at all times.
• Monitor Efficiency: Oversee portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Leadership: Run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Team Inspiration: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve culinary excellence.
