As Chef de Partie in Tenby a you’ll be crucial to our kitchen’s success, taking charge of your section. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Precisely handling meat, fish, and vegetables.

• Mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff.
