We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled individual with exceptional administrative and communication abilities to play a key role in our team. As a CCT Mobiliser, you will be the bridge between our team and local partners in Guatemala and El Salvador.
What will you do?
- Provide administrative and logistical support to projects and programs in Guatemala and El Salvador.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams and local partners.
- Manage the organization of events and meetings in both countries.
- Support the preparation of reports and documents.

What are we looking for?
- An outgoing person with excellent intercultural communication skills.
- An organized and efficient administrator, capable of self-managing tasks and prioritizing activities.
- Someone who excels at building relationships and taking initiative.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written), strong IT skills, and great interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and/or experience in topics related to Tearfund’s work (community development, social justice, etc.) is a plus
Please note: This role can be based in either El Salvador or Guatamala. Candidates will need to provide us with evidence detailing their right to live and work within in either El Salvador or Guatamala. Salary will be market related and dependent on location.
Contract type: This is a 1 year fixed term contract and is a full time position.
