Our client in a leading life sciences consultancy is seeking an experienced consultant to join their team for an ongoing monitoring project to lead an Immunology TA competitive intelligence project, including two international conferences. The role involves supporting three different client teams within the same organisation, each focusing on different therapeutic areas, including commercial stage assets and early development.Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the project, ensuring continuity for the client until the end of the year.
• Lead a team of six members, providing guidance and expertise.
• Support three different client teams with competitive intelligence throughout the year, based on publicly available information and conference coverage.
• Conduct primary research with competitors and provide conference support.
• Interact directly with brand teams, clinical development teams, and the CI function of a Big Pharma client.
• Travel to conferences in the US and Europe, including events in Las Vegas and Amsterdam.

Must-have experience:

• Team leadership
• Client management
• Immunology expertise, ideally in: Atopic Dermatitis, Alopecia Areata, Asthma, or COPD
• Competitive Intelligence experience

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in managing Pharma clients and leading consulting projects.
• Strong background in competitive intelligence, ideally with experience in immunology and therapeutic areas such as rheumatoid arthritis.
• Master’s degree in life sciences, a PhD is a bonus
• Ability to manage complex projects and teach team members, adding to the analysis and deliverables.
• Excellent client management skills, organisational abilities, and technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conference coverage.
• Preferred experience with companies like Global Data, ZX, or similar firms.

Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 24 hours per week, over 5 days, until the end of December
• Location: Hybrid, with remote work and occasional office visits in Central London
• Day rate: Up to £450 PAYE or £500 LTD
• Must work with own laptop
