CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional for the position of Food & Beverage Logistics Supervisor to work in the Hospitality Department.
The positions will be based at CIMMYT’s headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City.
Objective:
Plan, organize, and supervise logistics (warehouse and cleaning) in the Food & Beverage area to ensure certification processes for Distintivo H, Punto Limpio, and Distintivo M, in accordance with established quality standards, providing first-class service to employees and customers.
Specific duties:
Supervise the cleanliness of all areas
Including the kitchen, dining room, Rincón Mexicano, warehouse, cafeteria, food truck, grocery store, vending machines, transport units, and BBQ area, ensuring compliance with Distintivo H and Punto Limpio guidelines, as indicated by the immediate supervisor.
Coordinate auxiliary service staff to achieve continuous departmental objectives.
Oversee and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely execution to keep facilities and equipment in optimal condition.
Supervise the kitchen warehouse area, ensuring proper processes and seeking improvements.
