In this job you will be working in a team to assist with operation and maintenance support of a Citrix environment. It includes:

• Providing tier 4 technical support
• Responsible for monitoring ticket queue

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• This career requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years or overall IT experience.
• It also requires:
• Citrix App and Desktop Virtualization Experience
• General Virtualization Concept Experience
• Windows Operating System Experience
• Experience with citric virtual applications and desktops in an enterprise environment on Hyper-V and Nutanix

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Masters in programming, computer science, networking, or related field
• Certifications in Citrix
• Preferred Experience in:
• Nutanix
• Scripting Skills (such as PowerShell)
• GPO Administrator
• Windows Operating System 11

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 – $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
