position DESCRIPTION
<p paraeid="{466ac4ec-fb84-4473-8959-3e0733ad5267}position” paraid=”1804908974″>A Class B Driver at SET Environmental is responsible to:
- Haul hazardous and non-hazardous roll-off boxes, vacuum trucks, and box trucks
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Adhere to all company and DOT requirements/regulations
- Move heavy equipment on various remediation sites
- Obtain manifests and necessary signatures and return completed paperwork to shipping office
- Maintain any related records required
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- CDL Class B licensed driver with HazMat/Tanker endorsements
- 1-year verifiable driving experience
- Obtain and keep current all certifications/licenses required
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Must have good driving record that meets SET insurance requirements
- Read and speak English sufficiently
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be flexible to changes in schedule and be available for “on call” status
