Position: Cleaning Services Administrator

Type: Full Time/Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £11.44 per hour depending on age

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Cleaning Services Administrator, where you’ll provide vital administrative support to our Cleaning Services team, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for our guests and owners.

We’re seeking an organised and proactive individual with a passion for detail and supporting others to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment and on-boarding of Cleaning Services team members, supporting compliance with on-boarding documentation.
  • Assist with the administration of people policies and procedures within Cleaning Services.
  • Coordinate the completion of safe & secure mandatory training
  • Maintain accurate records and support with compliance tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Cleaning Services team, including ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling administrative tasks and managing compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Proficiency in basic IT systems, with training provided on company-specific platforms.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to meet the needs of the role.
