Job Title: Clean Techs and Packers

Job Description

Join a dynamic printing company dedicated to producing high-quality products for various clients, including party invitations, magazine inserts, and more. We are seeking enthusiastic clean techs and packers to support our operations during peak season, which runs from July to December.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading machines.
• Participate in packaging and packing of printed materials.
• Conduct inspection and quality control checks.
• Maintain cleanroom standards in designated areas.
• Utilize hand tools for assembly and packaging processes.
• Support inventory management and shipping/receiving operations.

Essential Skills

• Basic production and general labor skills.
• experience in packaging and packing.
• Ability to manage inventory and participate in shipping and receiving tasks.
• Skill in picking and cleaning tasks.
• Proficient in inspection and quality control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak season.

Work Environment

Work in a bustling warehouse setting with three shifts available: 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM. During peak season, expect to work 6 or sometimes 7 days a week. Dress code aligns with standard warehouse attire.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $20.00/hr.
