This role supports the review and processing of appeals and provides essential clerical assistance to the UC Board of Review. As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties:

• Initial Review: Examine appeals and determine required processing steps
• Data Entry: Input information accurately into electronic systems
• Document Handling: Upload and organize files for review
• Communication: Provide clear written and verbal responses
• Accuracy Checks: Proofread materials to ensure correctness
• Customer Support: Deliver helpful service to individuals seeking assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Graduation from high school; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Requirements (NSRs):

• Must possess keyboarding skills to meet standards for speed and accuracy.
