Job Description:
Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s):

• LWD issued equipment.

Computer software to be used:

• LWD issued.

Required experience:

• Microsoft Office, high school diploma (minimum), 2 years of office experience.
• Mandatory skills/certification(s) requirement: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, willing to learn the MIS software.
• Desired skills: Professional phone etiquette, customer service skills, basic computer skills.

Job Duties:

• Customer Service – serving as a receptionist for incoming calls and signing in visitors and customers to the office waiting room.
• Basic word processing – typing, data entry, use of MS Word, and a user-friendly proprietary database.
• Collating and filing of customer files.
• Other duties on an occasional basis (as directed by each office).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet/sign in visitors, answer phones/take messages, data entry, operate basic office equipment, and other office duties as assigned.
