With its own in-house technology infrastructure this underpins the iForce offering to customers.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you’re valued, challenged, and inspired!Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Client Development Manager to join our Client Services team at our Corby (Geddington Road) site.As the Client Development Manager you will be responsible for handling the commercial negotiations that may appear during each trading year (ie. Changes to occupancy charges)KAMs adopt the agreed strategic approach to all clients whilst constantly reviewing their client’s activities and proactively seeking opportunities to provide added value.Key Duties;

  • Provide client with high-level consultation that is over and above business as usual.
  • In consultation with the DoCS, deal with all typical commercial issues that arise in the course of a normal business relationship.
  • Ensure formal Client services processes are embedded into the existing KAM team; including client meeting booking, preparation and business development content.
  • Focus on the development and retention of KAMs at client site.
  • Provide coaching to KAMs to assist in the challenges of ‘pushing back’ to clients and addressing operational issues whilst ensuring relationships are not affected.
  • Guide and assist KAMs on a day-to-day basis to ensure all client communication is focused on our agreed client objectives.
  • To ensure direction set by DoCS is fully embedded into client site.
  • Ensure each local client services team is regularly reviewed to ensure we can maximise existing resource when new clients are won by the business.
  • Ensure existing client contracts accurately reflect the services we are providing using iForce’s Variation Procedure.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years management experience within a commercial environment (non sales). Has previously worked for a Logistics and Fulfillment organisation for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Strong motivational skills in the development of staff through PDP or similar
  • Experience managing contracts including the preparation of legal documents
  • Excellent attention to detail key requirement.
  • Strong numeric skills (would not expect this individual to score less than 70% on our testing).
  • Gravitas and influencing skills to translate the big picture to all levels of client services.
  • Has fulfilled a national role in the past and therefore not fazed by multi-site, geographically challenging role.
  • Proven change management experience.
  • Personality traits – hunger, driven and someone on the career path.
