Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionAs a Client Resolution Analyst, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing a complex workload, executing in-depth analysis of our clients’ operational queries and drawing meaningful conclusions. You will be expected to take ownership of problems and issues, steering them towards resolution, and adapt to changing circumstances with resilience and agility. We value curiosity and a passion for continuous learning to quickly grasp new concepts, systems and technologies.The role requires an individual who can navigate uncharted territories and find solutions without relying on established processes.Duties and responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsEssential Skills and Competencies
