  • Interact with existing, new, and potential customers daily via phone, email, text, and in person.
  • Enhance the overall selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivations, and effectively addressing objections.
  • Resolve customer concerns with care, focusing on solutions during challenging situations.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from order status to product/service installation, ensuring contracts are executed according to company terms.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to stay informed about the latest product and service updates and promotions.
  • Thrive both independently and within a team, working efficiently with minimal supervision

To succeed in this role, it is essential to have the following qualities:

  • Building rapport with new customers, upselling products, and improving sales margins
  • Building long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
  • Creative problem-solving and quick adaptation to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Accomplishing objectives during challenging customer interactions
  • Punctual time management and strong organizational skills
  • Efficient email management and basic understanding of CRM system

Client Service Representative requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Availability for a full-time schedule
  • Willingness to commute to our Pickering office daily for in-person work
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales positions preferred
  • Diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales is preferred
