Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently. Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others. Adaptable to change, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Grade 12 graduate (post-secondary business courses an asset) and strong numerical aptitude. Proven customer service and/or sales experience. Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus. Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.
