SUMMARY

Drive the clinical and functional aspects of implementation of enterprise solution by analyzing client operations and health care delivery models to determine opportunities to streamline processes and automate where appropriate.

• Drive the functional implementation of the TruCare Enterprise solution by gathering business and functional requirements, recommending process improvements, performing testing and providing support during full implementation process.
• Collaborate with business sponsors and Zyterjobs-near-me.orgTruCare program management to define and manage the scope, requirements analysis and implementation of projects.
• Gather and document workflow, both high-level and detailed, to obtain business and functional requirements in alignment with product capability, eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business consultancy and analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Perform system demonstrations to customer subject matter experts in support of workflow and product alignment review efforts.
• Develop understanding of TruCare technical aspects to effectively align business requirements with the technical solution architecture while managing the implementation scope and complexity.
• Provide Support in data mapping and crosswalk from source/target system and Zyterjobs-near-me.orgTruCare product.
• Understanding of the Implementation Project Plan to drive functional activities to successful completion and guide the client on any implication of changing schedule and timeline.
• Utilize Business Consultancy skills and experience to critically analyze and anticipate any concerns that arise over the course of the implementation that could potentially stem from or lead to misaligned customer and Zyterjobs-near-me.orgTruCare expectations, expeditiously and effectively escalating as necessary.
• Identify areas for process improvement within implementation process and internal initiatives to drive continuous improvement projects for implementation operations with the approach to minimize potential application changes.
• Become subject matter expert on new TruCare Functionality and support Product and Quality assurance team during the release process. Participate in internal group meetings.
• Contribute to writing specifications and design documents for the products.
• Support Quality Assurance and product management to construct, manage, and execute test plans, scripts, and bug identification, as needed.
• Support the creation of training collateral to train super users on product interface.
• Support Quality Assurance to construct, manage, and execute test plans, scripts, and bug identification, as needed.
• Contribute to writing specifications and design documents for Product Management covering all products within the portfolio as a business process expert and utilizing clinical acumen.
• Consult clients and implementation team on Health Care and Care Management industry practices.
• Research and develop definition for industry and product related requirements including industry accreditation metrics (e.g., CMS, NCQA, URAC, HEDIS, etc.).
• Perform market research and provide insight on industry directions and related impact to customers and the product.
• Lead as the expert with industry knowledge/regulatory requirements and ensure that product and workflow developments support these practices, standards, and measures.
• Provide internal training sessions on clinical topics to expand knowledge for all internal stakeholders.
• Support the creation and updating of collateral for multiple purposes, including client orientation, product updates and testing methodology.
• Provides assistance in solutioning regulatory compliant proposals for client issues/business scenarios.
• Understand Health Care processes, Care Management Industry and Health Plan Operations to align TruCare features and functionality to it.
• Understands legal aspects of information systems (HIPAA) to enforce processed and develop solutions in compliance with regulation.
• Support to Sales engagements and Clients in Production as needed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field. Masters degree preferred. 
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or consultant.
• Demonstrable experience in health care, insurance, or similar regulated industry required, including CMS/NCQA/URAC aptitude.
• License/Certification: United States Registered Nurse License or other clinical certification required. Experience working for a Health Plan or similar required.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish beneficial, but not required.
• Knowledge of JIRA/Atlassian tools beneficial.
• Ability to travel to Customer location if needed.
