Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for the Sleep Center, based in La Crosse, WI. 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position

Provide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services throughout the Sleep Center, a 24/7 operation

Manage and lead ~30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including Respiratory Therapists, OA, MAs, Clinical Sleep Education Specialists, RN, and Polysomnographic Techs

Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director and Department Chair to achieve department strategic goals

Interface with many different areas within the organization including neurosciences, pulmonary, ENT, cardiology, regional primary care departments, and more

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field

Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience; experience with contracts, business, and finance is a plus!

Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers

Ideal candidate will have: 

Ability to build trusting relationships within a team

Great communication skills

Desire to engage and help to foster growth of staff
