We’re looking for a Health education Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing, scheduling and conducting required medical curriculum for newly hired and current employees. Ensuring the curriculum complies with Mosaic’s quality and regulatory agencies. Collaborates with internal teams to identify, prioritize and respond to needs of persons supported and their workforce.

What YOU’LL Do:

  • Conduct development and refresher training for the workforce to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in creating and updating education and training documentation, policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes health related trends and recommends improvements in collaboration with quality and clinical teams.
  • Contribute to developing training materials and education programs for the Mosaic network.
  • Partners with quality teams to ensure training curriculum comply with current state, national regulations.

SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, hours will vary based on training needs, travel required to all Nebraska agencies – agency vehicle or mileage reimbursement, must have an active RN License without restrictions. position based in Beatrice. SALARY RANGE: $72,800-$76,900
