About the position
As a Level C Clinical Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare. Your primary responsibilities will involve supervising students during their clinical placements, providing guidance and support as they gain hands-on experience.
Beyond student supervision, you will lead, manage, and mentor a team of clinical educators. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and supportive environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical education.
To maintain the highest standards of practice, you will actively engage in ongoing professional development. This commitment to lifelong learning will enable you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in assessing students’ entry-level competencies and clinical skills. Your evaluations will provide valuable feedback to students, helping them to identify areas for improvement and achieve their full potential.
