• Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• Create and update personal care plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medication records.
• Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
• Develop exceptional relationships with key community partners.
• Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
• Occasionally provide cover out of hours.
