About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our team of Instructional Aides, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across school sites in the Southern and Eastern county (Chula Vista, Bonita, National City, Jamul, El Cajon, Santee, Grossmont area, Lakeside).

position Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of behavioral support staff within a school district. This role involves direct supervision, training, and coordination of staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and support strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in behavioral intervention implementation, and experience working in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support providers in the implementation of behavior modification plans.
• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments across school sites.
• Conduct regular observations and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, school administrators, and special education teams to ensure fidelity of behavior plans.
• Assist in onboarding and training new behavioral support staff.
• Monitor data collection and ensure accurate documentation of student progress.
• Facilitate team meetings, monthly supervision hours and participate in IEP or behavior planning meetings as needed.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst required; supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in special education settings.
• Experience supervising or mentoring behavioral support staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple school sites and staff members.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the area.
