CLINICAL TRIALS SPECIALIST

The Clinical Trials Specialist manages the cardiothoracic, vascular and surgical clinical trials in the Departments of Surgery and Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery.  Responsible for the operations of the clinical trials including pre-study site selection visits and study visits, recruitment, keeping strict adherence to the protocols and supervising research personnel.  Maintains compliance with all regulatory bodies associated with human subject research.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree required

Clinical Trials experience preferred

Three years work experience required

Clinical setting experience

Proficiency with computers (i.e., MS Office, database, Internet) and data entry
