Official job title for this role is Clinician Unlicensed.
position reports to office every day, but will also spend 50%-60% of the day driving around the community to meet with clients where they live.
This role will includes Intakes, Behavioral Health Assessments, Running Groups/Group Therapy, 1:1 Therapy (very basic modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Social Skills Building, and utilizing ACT Fidelity Model)
What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.
Shifts Available:
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm, rotating afternoon shift 11:30am-7:30pm or 8:00pm every 6 weeks, and a rotating weekend shift 9:00am-5:30pm every 4 weeks
Expected starting wage range is $77,968.80 – $84,024.91. The full wage range goes up to $100,015.91. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) serves individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who also experience difficulties with daily living activities. PACT services are delivered by a group of transdisciplinary mental health staff who work as a team and provide the majority of the treatment, rehabilitation, and support services consumers need to achieve their goals. The PACT team is mobile and delivers services in community locations to enable each consumer to find and live in their own residence and find and maintain work in community jobs rather than expecting the consumer to come to the program. Seventy-five percent or more of the services are provided outside of the program offices in locations that are comfortable and convenient for consumers
