CNA/CMA Float Pool-IOWA

In this specific position, we are searching for float/pool aides. “Floating” refers to moving from one unit to another because of staffing needs. Gas mileage reimbursement will be provided. We are searching for employees that will be able to float around the Mediapolis, IA area. 

Successful team members will have a current license, an enthusiastic attitude, a love for helping provide restorative care to our residents, and a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan
• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
• Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

• Current certification in the state of Nebraska
• Professional enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Self motivated
• Shows initiative in daily work

Job Type: PRN. Not allowed more than 30 hours per week.

All shifts available.

• CNA/CMA
