All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full-time **Shift** : Nights **Location:** 9395 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, 80138 **The role you’ll contribute:** **Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing, and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.** **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a RN. Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. + Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. + Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs. + Promptly triages and responds to patient call lights. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** + **_High School Diploma OR GED_** + **_Certified Nursing Assistant – State Registered._** + BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
