CNC Burner Table Operator (Plasma/Torch)

Location: Birmingham, AL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Burner Table Operator to join a well-established fabrication team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating plasma and torch cutting equipment and a strong focus on quality, precision, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC burner tables using plasma and/or oxy-fuel torch systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and cutting plans
• Load and unload steel plates and materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper machine setup and calibration
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC burner or plasma cutting tables
• Familiarity with torch cutting and steel plate fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
