We have a new opportunity in the North Metro! This is a 1st shift or 2nd shift position that requires set-ups, adjustments, editing programs, and operating a variety of CNC mills or CNC lathes, which can include manual mills, manual lathes.

Duties:

• Set-up, adjusts, operate and edit program a variety of machines, which will include CNC mills and or CNC lathes and which may include manual mills, manual lathes.
• Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances.
• Works from complex blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions.
• Minimal supervision to set up and operate all available machine tools to perform various machine operations on parts that are made from various materials.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of directly related machining experience at a Machinist level
• Prior experience with CNC set up and ability to edit programs
