position Highlights

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:50 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:50 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:50 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hr (based on experience)

Overtime: Available on weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a CNC water jet cutting machine to accurately cut and shape glass products
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Load, position, and secure glass materials safely
• Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed for accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about production progress and any issues

Requirements

• 1+ years of CNC Machine Operator experience (experience with water jet, laser, or router CNCs preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
• Commitment to safety, precision, and quality
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
