Requirements
  • Bachelor of Computer Science student available for CO-OP position starting August 11th 2025
  • Preferred 3rd or 4th year student
  • IPG Photonics is adopting new practices for Global Sales customer relationship management, product configuration, pricing and quoting for all markets
  • This role is designed to improve IPG Photonics Customer engagement process as well as the Product Configuration, Quoting and Pricing ( CPQ) process through
  • Aiding the launch of a Experlogix CPQ interfaced with Dynamics 365 CRM for Asia and Europe
  • Aiding in the development of standardized logic and rules for product configuration, pricing, and quote creation
  • Verify all configuration rules and pricing logic rules
  • Training global product management, sales and operations on CPQ operations
  • Using Python for data entry optimization
  • Developing Python scripts to supplement sales data analysis
  • Using Microsoft Power Automate to develop work flows to automate sales operations tasks
  • Aiding with Microsoft Co-Pilot integration into Dynamics CRM
  • Testing IT enhancements to Dynamics CRM
  • This activity will be performed using the Microsoft 365 products and systems in conjunction with specialized tools
  • The role includes Project Management activities to roll out completed processes and CPQ to the global team
  • Successful applicant will interact with the global sales and IT teams as well as senior management
  • Minimum length of CO-OP is 6 months. Preferred length between 6 and 9 months.

Pay Range:

The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Benefits Provided Interns receive:

– Medical Insurance (BCBS Saver Plan, no company match) – eligible after 90 days of continuous employment working 20+ hours per week.
– 401k (Age 21+ eligible after 1,000 hours of continuous employment).
