Coil Winder

• Read & interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures
• Prepare parts by cleaning in sand blaster or cleaning tanks.
• Locate and position parts according to engineering specifications using holding fixtures, jigs, etc.
• Use measuring devices to set up, adjust and verify conformance of work to specifications.
• Apply heat, flux, etc., using care to ensure proper flowage, adherence, strength of joint and to avoid damage or destruction to parts.
• Follow all clean – up and housekeeping procedures.
• Must be comfortable with hand & power tools
• Comply with all safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a high school Diploma
• Previous coil or brazing experience required
• Previous fork lift experience a plus
