To deliver exciting solutions and to support our colleagues we organise our work and skills, so they map to our colleague journey – beginnings, beings and endings. Across the team we have two colleague experience leads, colleague care specialists and colleague care advisors; the role we are recruiting for.About the role.This role is part of our people team working within our colleague experience team ensuring our colleagues have the most frictionless and best-ever colleague experience – from before they’ve started to after they’ve left, and everything in-between when it comes to being a colleague @ Very.Working in more progressive ways, using technology to improve experiences and processes, keeping connected to the wider people team with collaboration at its heart. Delivering the daily interactions and processing with operational excellence (meeting all our regulatory and legal requirements).Keeping focused on delivering a thoughtful and consistently high quality of care across the key focus areas for the team. Also, identifying and delivering incremental improvements to the colleague experience at that point in the journey.Key responsibilities.
About you.We’re looking for someone who can ideally join us with an immediate start, with a genuine passion for people – full of energy, curiosity to learn and an eagerness to put those learnings into practice!To be brilliant for this job, you should be passionate about colleague experience and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and people and payroll systems.A clear communicator, able to build strong relationships, you’ll be organised and able to prioritise your workload, as well as knowledgeable and willing to share your knowledge with others. It is important to have a good understanding of relevant employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
