Job Title: Collections Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Central Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Representative for a temp-to-hire position in Central Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in collections or call center environments who are looking for stability and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in resolving outstanding balances, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone and email.

• Review and analyze accounts to determine payment arrangements or resolutions.

• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally and effectively.

• Document all communication and collection efforts in the system accurately.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and collection goals.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Collaborate with team members and management to improve collection processes.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in collections or a call center environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.

• Must pass a drug test and background check.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
