Collections Supervisor

Description

We are looking to add a Collections Supervisor to it’s team. This individual will work with two other Collections Supervisors managing the day-to-day tasks of 17 collectors. This role will be involved in the training of new hires, handling escalated calls, coaching employees through calls, and providing feedback to collections teams.

This role will start off taking collection calls to learn the process before moving up to a supervising role. Position works within a strong compliance regulated industry.

The selected individual will start off taking collection calls to learn the position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $22.00/hr.
