To provide ownership over a wide range of commercial and administrative duties within the Aftermarket department of a major centrifugal pump OEM. Supporting preparations of pricing and quotations, order entry and process administration, shipping and consignment & project specific documentation with customer liaison regarding project specific and facility quality requirements. The role will report to the facility General Manager and cover tasks and processes from quotation, order entry through to the dispatch of goods & services covering workshop service, field services, upgrades and parts.
Coordinate commercial and administrative process support toward the execution of business through the ITT Normanton facility covering centrifugal pump repairs, overhauls, upgrades, field service and parts.
Purchasing & raising purchase orders
Cost compilation, preparation & quotation creation
Order entry, processing & MRP system transactions
System administration
Project documentation
Facility administration assistance
Education: Degree, HNC/HND or Equivalent qualification or work experience in the industry.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in an engineering / manufacturing business.
