Job Summary:

When you join our Life of Field Aftermarket Commercial and Project team, you’ll see firsthand the expertise that goes into building and sustaining a leading energy company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support the execution of safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
  • Record orders for delivery of a product or performance of a service for a customer.
  • Perform administrative functions supporting Intercompany Order Management;
    • Intercompany Sales Orders
    • Initiate Intercompany transactions
    • Invoice intercompany transactions
  • Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries for direct sales orders and service orders for delivery of product(s) & service(s)
  • Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up as necessary
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding order status, order processing, order quantity changes, order line modifications and delivery status of orders.
  • Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
  • Help coordinate logistics
  • Use the guiding principles and tools of the OneManagement System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Essential Requirements:

  • In the process of obtaining a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.
  • The right to work in the UK.
